Makes me want to see it

Before I read Lee Harris' review of 'Brokeback Mountain' I figured that I'd never see it. There have been many movies that have gotten terrific reviews that I've never seen. For example, 'Midnight Cowboy' starring Jon Voigt and Dustin Hoffman. I was 16 when it first came out and too young to see it. After that I jokingly refused to see it because I'd been denied because of my age.

But Harris' review of 'Brokeback Mountain' got to me. I don't know if I'll go see it in the theatres, but I won't pass up the opportunity to rent it or check it out from the library when it gets there. I recommend that you read the review, too. It might appeal to you.

I agree with you on the review of Brokeback Mountain. It was a thoughtful and beautiful review. What a concept, you can be a gay man and still be a M-A-N! I, too want to see this movie. However I think the theatre will do for me as the sweeping landscapes call out to me.

Hi, Kate! When I first saw ads for the movie I recognized Jake Gyllenhaal right away as the star of a movie I loved, "October Sky." I was also interested to see Ang Lee's name as director. Believe it or not, he directed "Hulk," too. The guy's got quite the directorial range.

As far as you seeing it in the theater, do you think it'll come to the little ol' Fox Valley?
